Delivery Minimums from Kingdom in a Box Inc. Freight Trucks or third party delivery service:

$300 for Los Angeles County shipping orders.
$500 Northern California/Arizona (call Kingdom for more info)
$1000 Utah/New Mexico
Warehouse to Business (non-residential)
All shipments Freight On Board (FOB) local California warehouse, FREIGHT COLLECT.
Freight Charges may apply to all delivery locations (call Kingdom for more info).
Due to the unique properties of all foams and coils, dimensions after expansion may vary; this is normal and will not affect the performance of your new mattress.
The mattress may initially have a slight odor. It is completely harmless and will dissipate over a short time with regular use.
Each Mattress has been compressed, folded, and compacted for shipping. When unpacking, place compressed mattress on a flat surface in ventilated room and allow up to 48 hours for expansion to its intended size.

Drop-shipping:

We do NOT deliver to FPO, APO or AP addresses.
Time frames DO NOT include filling the order. Projected transit time frames quotes are once the item has left the Kingdom in A Box warehouse.
Orders placed after 2 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) during a regular business day will be processed the next business day. Days of operation are Monday thru Friday 9 am to 5 pm PST.
Once an item has been shipped, adjustments and cancellations may incur additional fee's. Items in transit cannot be expedited.
Manufacturing of product may take up to two (2) business days
There are no cancellations accepted once the item has been shipped. No Exceptions. Cancellations are sole discretion of Kingdom In A box and may incur additional fee's.

Shipping method Kingdom in a Box uses is "ground" which can take 4-9 business days for product to arrive.
