Warranty Claims and Returns:

  • Any claim for defective merchandise must be packed in Kingdom in a Box Inc. Original Plastic without any soil stains. Claims for DEFECTS must be made within 30 days. After 30 days there is no defective service agreement. No Exception
  • Clear pictures are required to claim DEFECTIVE merchandise with a copy of an original invoice. Please create a claim ticket on our website for DEFECTIVE merchandise: Contact Us Page.
  • We will not accept any exchanges or returns on any used, previously displayed merchandise.
  • We will not accept any repairs, exchanges, or returns on products that are soiled or abused by negligence.
  • Body impressions up to 1 ½” are normal and not covered under Kingdom in a Box Inc. warranty.
  • The Kingdom in a Box Inc. warranty doesn’t apply to: Wrinkles within the fabric, firmness preference of the product, bed height, cover (fabric) change, bent border/grid wires, burns, stains, mattresses not used with proper foundation, Merchandise sold ‘as-is”, “floor model”, transportation, inspection, or removal cost of product.   • For Kingdom in a Box Inc. warranty or defects claims on our products that are determined to be stained or soiled, Kingdom in a Box Inc. reserves the right to void warranty repairs due to health and safety.
  • There are no cash refunds but Kingdom In a Box Inc. store credit or exchanges only. There will be a 30% re-stocking fee for all approved returned items that are not warranty claims or manufacturer defects. Please open a support ticket at Contact Us Page for exchange/credit requests.
  • Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through the freight carrier. Before signing the freight bill, please inspect all boxes for damages. (Please make sure the carrier signs the freight bill for any damages).
  • All returned items shipments cost must be prepaid freight with original invoice.
  • Any online merchants leveraging an unauthorized 3rd party freight company will be solely responsible for any freight charges or damages to merchandise by the third party.
  • Any approved exchange(s) for defective merchandise will be shipped with the next order to Retailers Warehouse only (non-residential). Retailers representatives can pick-up merchandise without any additional charges.
  • Kingdom in a Box products are intended for household use only. Hospitality program is available upon request.
  • Kingdom in a Box Inc. reserves the right to modify specifications and prices without notice.
  • The Kingdom in a Box Inc. website takes president over all Kingdom in a Box distributed printed materials.
